MANILA, Philippines — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) aims zero New People’s Army (NPA) guerilla front “within the yearhuuugebet,” AFP spokesperson Col. Francel Margareth Padilla said on Sunday.

Earlier, Padilla said the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and its armed wing NPA can no longer “stage major operations.”
